S.H.E. Rises Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
1. Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at Madra's sole discretion in cases of technical failure that prevented access to the app for more than 72 consecutive hours.
3. How to Request
Email support@openhandsemporium.org with your account email and reason for request. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
4. Cancellations
Cancel anytime through your account billing page. No penalty. No questions asked.
